Sweet Time Medium Roast: Balanced, low-acid, and incredibly smooth. A rich aroma and flavor crafted to make every cup unforgettable with Fry Roast Technology or (FRT).
Fry Roast Technology or (FRT) is our patent pending technology that utilizes a specially engineered roasting chamber. When roasting our coffee, this chamber contains a roasting oil formulated specifically for our FRT coffee roasting. After the beans are roasted to perfection, all of the oil is removed from the beans, leaving the beans with less oil on their surface than even traditional roasters.
The result? A coffee that has incredible smoothness, very low acidity and tannins, and abundant flavor and aroma that sets us apart from all other coffees.
